I’m a Learning Experience Designer with a background spanning higher education and corporate L&D, driven by a passion for creating inclusive and meaningful learning experiences. My work focuses on understanding how people learn, what motivates them, and how well-designed learning can unlock real performance growth. I bridge creativity, strategy, and human-centered thinking to design learning that truly resonates.
MY EXPERTISE
I specialize in multi-modal, performance-focused learning that builds capability and drives behavior change. My skill set includes adult learning theory, UDL, design thinking, and research-driven design methods such as scenario-based learning and adaptive pathways. I create engaging digital experiences using Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, Canva, Captivate, and a variety of LMS platforms including Canvas and Workday.
